Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes. We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan in serviceable areas. You can place your order online and pay when your parcel is delivered.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually processed within 1 business days. After dispatch, delivery generally takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Remote areas may take a little longer.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes. BeYou Stores offers a 15 Days Easy Return, Exchange & Refund Policy, subject to our return and exchange terms.
Do you allow opening the parcel before payment?
Yes. Our parcels can be opened before payment. You can check your parcel and then you can pay.
Do I have to pay in advance?
No, you do not have to pay the full amount in advance. BeYou Stores offers Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.
However, for orders of Rs. 5,000 or above, a minimum Rs. 100 advance payment is required for order confirmation. The remaining amount will be paid through Cash on Delivery when your parcel is delivered.
